Joseph is Solar Proponent’s Real Estate Manager, bringing a diverse Land background in surface and minerals in both the Oil & Gas and Renewables industries. Prior to his current role, Joseph was the Land Manager-Commercial Surface at University Lands, where he managed all negotiations and surface contracts on University Lands’ 2.1 million acres. Joseph began his career with BHP Billiton managing Land Operations for the development of BHP’s oil and gas assets in the Eagle Ford shale, Fayetteville shale, and Delaware Basin. Joseph has a BBA in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University and obtained his CPL certification with the AAPL - American Association of Professional Landmen.
