Bio

Rushi is Solar Proponent’s Project Development Engineer. He brings with him two years of EPC expertise with utility-scale solar PV plants. He began his career as a Field Engineer at CS Energy in New York, one of the top US solar EPCs, where he oversaw project construction and subcontractor management for two utility-scale solar PV plants with a combined capacity of 34 MW DC. He later switched to the position of PV Design Engineer in the pre-sales division of CS Energy, where he created preliminary site layouts for over 20 projects ranging in size from 5 MW to 250 MW DC. Rushi received an MS in Energy Systems Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
